I can't tell you how much we appreciate our sponsor(s).  Please my crafties go give them some love!

On to my project.  I am using a PolkaDoodles Image called Earlie Hedgehog Dandelion.  Ok, you know me.  I don't really brag about my creations but this one is really good.  The colors turned out just right.  If you would like a list of colors just get ahold of me.

So here is my creation.

I hope you can see the embossing.  It's dandelions.
The embossing folder is from Crafters Companion
Die'sire line Embossalicious.  It is called Make a wish.

Maybe this is a better picture.

Here is Earlie Hedgehog Dandelion.  Isn't she the sweetest thing?
I just fell in love with her the moment I saw her.
I have embossed the dandelions with
purple sparkle and Gold from JudiKins.

Here is a close up.  The base is craft.  Purple layer
is tissue paper and the green layer is from
Miss Elizabeths Amethyst paper Kit.
The sentiment is from Caty Catherine.

I certainly hope you like my project for this months challenge.  Now it's your turn.  Emboss a project and come join the fun!

Bright Blessings

Team Trace Fathers Day/Masculine August 8, 2019

Hello everyone!  Todays the day.  A new challenge is live over on the Southern girls challenge blog.
The theme for this fortnights challenge is...

Fathers Day/Masculine

Now I have to confess.  I live in the U.S.A. and our Fathers Day was in June.  In NZ and AUS I see that Fathers Day is celebrated on September 1.  Crafties just remember, a father can be anyone who takes the time to care and be in someones life.  Father, stepfather, uncle, so many other titles.  Let's celebrate them all!!

Our wonderful sponsor for this challenge is Newtons Nook.

Newton's Nook Designs

Please show our sponsor some love.  They have an amazing assortment of crafty goodness.

On to my creation.  I have used a digi stamp created by Dearie Dolls. (images @ Dearie Dolls are free)  The image I have used is called Happy Dance with Frog. Such a fun image!

Here is what my final project looks like...

I started with a blank A2 white card base.  Then added a black background.
I had some paper that resembled the sky and put that on.  Next I made some
bushes out of green card.  (all card is Recollections by Michaels).
The Happy Dance Boy is colored with Spectrum Noir
FS3, CT2, GB10 and TB7.  I also used Peebles Classic Chalks for the pink cheeks.

Just a simple inside greeting on DCWV paper from
the big Spring/Summer book 2015.

The back of the card has my personal stamp and the stamp inside is Stampin Up.
I am sorry I don't know which set.  But the little bee says "your one in a buzzillion".

So that is it for this challenge.  I am having so much fun being on the Southern Girls Team Trace.  Can't wait to have you visit in the next challenge.

Bright Blessings,
Jana

Challenge #197 3+ Layers

Gosh, challenge #197.  Lena, Crafty Gals Corner Challenge design team coordinator might have something up her sleeve for challenge #200.  Have to wait and see.  Another big announcement is that Crafty Gals Corner Challenge is going to be monthly.  Starting in August we will only have one challenge per month.  So my crafties, you will have plenty of time to post your amazing creations.

On to challenge #197.  Theme for this is 3+ layers.  Here are the fabulous sponsor(s).  Remember to go show some love!!!

Thank you sponsor(s).  Sponsor(s) are the fabric that make Crafty Gals Corner Challenges possible.  Love our sponsor(s).

So tonight I am writing this blog on a PC.  My big iMac is passing on.  The video card is crapping out.  So looks like another PC for me.  I love my iMac but I am designing in Windows 10 much more now.  So bear with me as this may have some booboo's.

I am using a image from Fabrika Fantasy called Pirate Parrot 1.  This image was very hard for me to work with.  Nothing wrong with the image it is beautiful.  But, something wrong with me in trying to show it off.  Finally I got out my old Scrappy Do files and low and behold I had a pirate ship.  The parrot was happy and I was  happy.  So here is the card that I came up with.

Everything is from my scrap file cabinet.  I used MTC (Make The Cut Software) to create a print and cut of the Pirate Parrot 1.  Waves paper is from K & Co.  Blue shiny and black base are Tuesday Morning bulk papers a few  years back.  The saying is Ahoy Matey!

Another PNC using MTC and the saying is on G45 On The Boardwalk series.  The saying is Shiver Me Timbers.

Happy Birthday is printed on vellum.  I also used scrap background paper.

Saw this on my Tuesday Morning Birthday trip in May.  I just had to have it.  I embossed using Gold powder from Judi Kins.

That's it for the month of July.  I will be back here on August 17th for a brand spanking new challenge from Crafty Gals.

Bright Blessings, Jana
