Crafty Gals Challenge #203 Winter Fun

Hello hello hello!!!  It's our first challenge for the new year 2020.  I was so hoping that on New Years Eve on TV somewhere would be Barbara Walters.  "This is Barbara Walters and this is 20/20".  That would have been fabulous!!!

Now I have two projects to share with you.  Here is the first one.

This image is called Penguin Friends.  I colored the image using
 Prismacolors and my new Arteza colored pencils.  I am really
 liking how the Arteza lay down and blend.

I reversed the image and then colored.  I did a Print-and-cut using my
KNK Zing and Make The Cut software.  The sentiment was
stamped using Memento Tuxedo Black ink.

This is the new 2020 sticker that I put on the back of each of my projects.

Now for project #2...

This is a birthday card for a dear friend that lives in New
Brunswick, Canada.  Mt. Poley is a ski resort.  Shred'in
in the pow is snow boarder language meaning really, really good
skiing in the powder at Mt. Poley.

The inside.  Love the colors of this card. I must admit that I did not color
the snow boarder or the background.  The Paper Shelter is an amazing
company and provided colored images and backgrounds.  Just cut out
and go!

Anything Goes with Southern Girls Challenge.

Hello hello hello!!!  Can you believe it is the year 2020?  It seems to me that the year 1999 was just a little while ago.  Maybe the older I get time slips by faster?  

Welcome to Team Trace's first challenge for 2020.  Just a few changes in the rules for this year.  Every challenge is 'anything goes'. Which is exciting as it makes it easy for everyone to enter but it does mean a rule change.

From this challenge on you may only enter 2 projects in any challenge.

The same as previously still applies that if you are based in NZ or AUS you go in the special draw.  BUT you do need to add the country code on your entry to be eligible. We are still open paper craft so anything paper is fine to enter.

My image for this challenge is from All Dressed Up and called Autumn Wreath.  Of course if you would want a list of Prismacolors used just let me know.

Here she is...

I colored this image using Prismacolors and Arteza pencils. 
The frame is 1/2 of a wreath.  The background paper is extremely
 old.  I stamped the sentiment using Memento Tuxedo Black ink.
Let me just add, a round card on black card stock up against a
black background drape does NOT work.  So I put a lavender
circle to show where the card is.

Here is the other 1/2 of the wreath on the front.  The
saying comes from my favorite place to eat
'Word Of Mouth' in Salem, OR USA.  I thought it was a
 very neat saying for a card and I will be using it again soon.

This is the new 2020 version of the sticker I put on
each of my cards.  I designed it using PicMonkey. 
I just love that program.  I will be making a new
watermark for my creations also.
