I have had the pleasure of designing with these two sponsors for many years. They both have amazing images that will suit any occasion. They are crisp and clean and such a joy for print and cut. Please go show some love and please say a thank you!
On to my project for the 'Winter Fun' Challenge. My adorable image is from Fred She Said and is titled Emma and the snowball. Let's get started.
To begin I went over to Sam Calcotts Mixed Up Crafts website and followed along to make my card. It is called a Double Z-Fold Card with a difference. Please go visit! My card is using a scrapbook paper kit by Elizabeth Crafts. I picked this up at my trusty thrift store. I have used AC card stock for the blue base. Turquoise card for the mat and then using the special papers created the actual card. Next step is the focal point. Here is Emma and her snowball. I printed out the colored image onto card. I dressed it up with some Liquid Pearls for the snow. Cut out very small letters for Warm Winter Wishes. Matted it all on a black circle and I have a beautiful card for any occasion. |
When you stretch out the card you can see all the layers and how the card moves. Love how this turned out! |
That's it for January 2024. I hope this inspires you to come and play along. Next month is February. Can you guess the theme for the challenge? I will see you then with the answer.
But for now stay safe, stay healthy and know that you are blessed.
