Back in November, Costco was selling adult coloring books. I was doing my happy dance. Stuck one in the buggy, got my other groceries, and headed to my favorite duo to check out. Kimmie was boxing my items up and saw that I had a coloring book. Out of the blue, she asked me to color her a picture. I said sure but don't expect it before Christmas.
So that is the back story. I used my fantastic Spectrum Noir Alcohol Markers to color the Owls. The owls can be found at many craft stores and even online. So 1st, lets get the lyrics out of the way...

* Miscellaneous tools and glue to put the whole project together!
The first step of this altered art project was to photo copy the original coloring page. I have found that using a lazer printer for this is the best. The ink doesn't smudge while coloring. The coloring took about a week. Here is a pic of the final coloring page.
