Hello all! Hope you east coasters are staying warm and safe. For today's project I have made a little gift tag to go along with a satchel that I made for a birthday present. (daughter #3 if you see this before bingo/casino/buffet act like you didn't) I used the ScrappyDew file called
Pixies 2014. You can mix and match and create all sorts of really cute pixies. But first the lyrics...

So let's back up a couple of weeks. I decided to make Kari a satchel (to lug around all her stuff). Here is what I made.

It's all cotton and washable! |
Next step in the process was to make a card. For a belated Christmas present, The Bob got me the complete line of Spectrum Noir alcohol markers, the holders and two oak tool chests. So of course I wanted to color an image and turn it into a birthday card.

So now the present and the card are finished. I needed a gift tag for the present. This is where ScrappyDew files come in so handy. I sized the little pixie to just under 4 inches. I will say that the pieces are really small. Take a look.

told ya it was small |

So now here is the complete package.
I sure do hope that she will get a kick out of this.
Next week back to the regular birthday cards and then on to St. Patricks. Come on back and see what I come up with.
She is going to love her Satchel! So much work went into creating her gift, the card and tag. Wonderful presentation.
