Challenge #133 Anything Goes!

Welcome to my blog.  It's Wednesday and my turn to post for Crafty Gals Corner Challenge.  So excited to have you visit.  But first, lets take care of some housekeeping.  Remember the card I made for my hubby Bob?  Well I gave it to him this weekend.  HE ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT!  I am so happy he liked it.  Big sigh of relief.

This weeks challenge (anything goes) is brought to you by 2 of our wonderful sponsors.  Please give them some love!

PRIZE:  $20 DOLLAR GIFT CERTIFICATE

PRIZE:  3 DIGITAL IMAGES

This week my image is from the delightful Conie Fong.  I just love her images.  They are crisp and clean and import beautifully into most cutting programs.  (ie. MTC and SCAL4)  Remember if you have any questions ask away.  I love receiving comments also.

So here is what I created for Challenge #133 Anything Goes!

This is such a wonderful image.  It could be for Christmas or for Winter Wishes.  I used a single sheet of paper I found at Joanns a couple of years ago for the background.  I colored the snowman using Sivo Colored pencils from India.  Cut out with my KNK Zing some circles the same size as ones the snowman is juggling.  Used mirrored paper from ColorBok.  Used some wrapping cord and a couple of cut out stars to make the pennant.

My little Santa is holding a sign that reads 152  days until Christmas.  Yeppers get your Christmas stuff out and start those Christmas cards.

So happy your could join me this week.  I will be back in 2 weeks.  The Crafty Bells team posts every other week now.

Have the best week ever, Bright blessings, Jana

Challenge #131 Do it for the dudes!

I am so happy you decided to drop by.  How did you like meeting all the design team members?  Did you enjoy the hop?  I was blown away by the creativity found on this design team.  I am so lucky to be a member of this group.

Now for the new challenge.  This is challenge #131.  This week is all about masculine cards.  So let's Do it for the dudes!  First lets take a look at who our fabulous sponsor(s) are for this weeks challenge.

Prize: 2 Digital Images

Prize:  1 Digital Image

This week I am honored to be able to work with a image from Dr. Digi's House of Stamps called "Ambrose King of the Waves".  I chose to work with this image as it is the spitting image of my hubby "The Bob".  I think I have a pic of Bob to share.  He was a Master Diver and taught many students how to scuba dive.  He also has been dive master on a couple of cruises.  So this image was perfect for him.

Well I tried to find a pic of my Bob but couldn't.  But here is a very good representation of what he looks like.  So here is Bob's Birthday card for 2017.

I've had the background paper forever.  But it soooo matched I had to use it.
This is an easel card.
The inside.  I will write a message before I give it to him.

I hope you have enjoyed what I made for Do it for the dudes this week.  Now I am off next week.  But be sure to check back to CGCC for the new challenge on Wed. morning.  Thanks for visiting and have you best week ever.  Blessings, Jana

Jana (You Are Here)

Our Sponsor for this week is:

Prize:  $10 Gift Certificate

Let's get this blog hopping!!!  I have used  MoonFlowers Digi's Called Lily Snow White.  She was a joy to color.  I do have to tell you I had to look up what colors she was.  I don't have little ones to show MeeMaw (just dogs, cats, fish, and I think a tree frog somewhere).  So here is my inspiration for you this week.

I used a file from Monica's Creative Room this week.  She has beautiful files
that are free and cut like butter.  This is GateFold 20.
The inside has a birthday greeting to a dear friend for her birthday.

So that's it for this week.  As always, if you want to know about something you see just email me at jtfrrst@gmail.com.

Oh I almost forgot I need to give you a letter for visiting.  Here it is...

Thank you so much for visiting.  Have you best week ever!   Jana
